2. Hosting by STRATO
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes the data required to provide, secure and technically deliver the website as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
When the website is accessed, data such as the IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and HTTP status may be processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
According to STRATO, web server log files for the previous six weeks are made available and the hostname or IP address is anonymised in those provided logs. Further information: STRATO privacy information.
3. Contact by email, phone or form
When you contact Leadwerft, the information you provide is processed to respond to the enquiry, prepare an offer or initiate a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for general business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The contact form processes your name, email address, optional company and phone number, selected topic and message. The data is not stored in a public website database. The message is forwarded to Leadwerft by email.
4. Spam protection
The form uses an invisible field and a simple timing check. No external CAPTCHA service is embedded.
5. Cookies, analytics and external services
The current website does not use analytics or marketing cookies, tracking pixels or externally hosted fonts. Services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, YouTube or Google Maps are not embedded. No consent banner is required for this technical setup.
6. Images, image sources and sound feature
Images are delivered locally from the STRATO web space. Loading the website does not create a connection to Wikimedia Commons or the photographers. Full source and licence information is available under Image credits.
The optional harbour ambience is generated locally in the browser and starts only after an active click. No external audio files or third-party data are loaded.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients may include STRATO, the email provider and technical service providers where required. The website does not currently transfer personal data for advertising purposes or to third countries.
8. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
9. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
10. Security and updates
The live website must be provided through HTTPS. This policy will be updated if functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
Note: If analytics, advertising, map, video, newsletter or appointment-booking services are added later, this policy must be expanded before activation.
